Restart your computer. Make sure the app has the necessary permissions. Update the BIOS. Check if the switch button is ON. WebIt works flawlessly except the webcam. As you can see on the screenshot the picture is extremely dark and noisy, however not completely black like a hardware defect. Also if you hold a very bright light directly in front of it, the webcam picks up a bit of light. The white stripes in front of the webcam are also a bit weird.
