WebSep 16, 2024 · Defaults should make that motor run. Tuning at first start is not a good idea. It shouldn't die. Most likely you are not getting a good +12V to the unit. The ECU doesn't respond well to a weak electrical system. Be sure you have +12V at start and more once the alternator kicks in. So I rechecked everything and then I cycled the ignition key 5 to 10 times thinking I still got air in the system and then tried to start and fired but would not stay running I have done this 4 more times with the same result.
